Passport - check

In order to go to Mexico - I needed to apply for a passport. This was #43 on my list. I heard horror stories that it would take such a long time - but it only took 2 weeks! :)

Hiatus is OVER!

It's been a month and a half since my last post. After my vacation in Mexico - I found it hard to get back in routine!

That being said - qualifying for convention with The EDGE Benefits was #11 on my 101 list. January I recieved a package with the Itinerary, matching shirts, and a brochure to Vallarta Palace Hotels with plane tickets for my husband and I.

This was the first plane ride for my husband. I think he did rather well! We met a wonderful lady named Margo who offered to take our picture!

This was the first time going to an all inclusive resort - and it was a great first experience. The Edge Benefits had some things planned for us - but other than that it was very relaxing. Below are a few more photos.

My Paleo/Crossfit Story

Tyler, the owner of Cornwall Crossfit (http://www.cornwallcrossfit.com/) asked me to write a little something about my Paleo / Crossfit experience.

He posted my story on his website. READ HERE. He wanted me to highlight what I have been doing since the New Year.

For the month of January, I made Lemon Chicken Feta for my friend Liz & I. She found the recipe in a Chatelaine magazine. It was a very easy recipe and we enjoyed it!

Change of Plans?

Okay, I was just speaking to Cornwall Crossfit Owner - Tyler Touchette (http://www.cornwallcrossfit.com/) and I may have been a bit crazy with my #3 goal which is 100 pushups perfectly in a row... I know these goals shouldn't really change during the process - but it's my blog and my list so I'm going to tweak #3 a bit.

Instead of 100 pushups in a row - I'll change this to 100 pushups in total (not in a row) and I'll tack on a part b) to this and aim to be able to do 10 handstand pushups.

I'm not sure if this is better, but there it is :)

Another quote!

My boss sends us quotes every morning - and to be honest, I look forward to them.

Below is one of the quotes he sent a few weeks ago:

"Your life becomes the thing you have decided it shall be."
Raymond Charles Barker

Decide what you want for your life and take action!!

Thought it was fitting for my blog!

Thanks Joe!!

Winter Hike!

Sunday I went with a few friends and our dogs to Larose Forest for a Hike. The weather was beautiful! It was not too cold, with snow falling.

This would be the 2nd hike for me since starting the list(#20) - Three left to go and I can scratch it off!! Winter hikes are a much bigger workout. It ended up being about a 2 hour hike. Dogs were tired, and so were we! :)
Below is a photo of me and my dog Winchester, and my friend Jenn.
